Anxiety Depression Disorder


Anxiety depression disorder is a very difficult problem to deal with because a person suffers from two challenging conditions at the same time.


There is not a single person on this planet who could attest to be leading a completely anxiety-free life. Each and every one of us has faced those stomach butterflies sometime or the other during our existence.


We have all felt the racing pulse, and knocking knees just before making a big presentation or appearing for that all-important exam are all cases of anxiety that lead to physical symptoms. However, anxiety disorder is much more than these few chosen cases of jitteriness.



Anxiety disorder is a term used for people who suffer from perpetual anxiousness. Every facet of their life is worrisome to them and they continually fear disaster at every turn of their existence.


Such constant state of anxiety can lead to several other disorders and problems including depression. Both anxiety y and depression stem from the same kind of biological makeup, thus the chances of them going hand in hand are great.


Anxiety depression disorder is this state of being anxious as well as depressed at the same time; this can be extremely unpleasant for the person suffering and for his near and dear ones.


Common Symptoms of Anxiety and Depression Disorder


Emotional Symptoms: Emotional symptoms include a constant state of ?edginess? that stems from the constant fear and tension that a person suffering form anxiety disorder lives in. Irrational fears and worries which seem illogical even to the person having them, but are not easy to get rid of are all symptoms of anxiety depression disorder.


Physical Symptoms of Anxiety Depression Disorder: This disorder is caused due to a negative frame of mind. However, in acute cases it manifests itself in severe physical discomforts that might have you running to a doctor, but are just symptoms of an overly anxious or depressed mind.


? Muscle Tension: Anxiety or depression disorders to excessively tense and bunched up muscles. This can cause acute physical discomforts and can often lead to cramps and other muscular problems.


? Headaches: A tight feeling around the forehead or a band of tension that makes your head throb are all symptoms of anxiety depression disorder.


? Insomnia: Constant negative and fearsome thoughts are not the best companions to bed. These can lead to sleep disorders and cause people to have trouble in falling asleep.


? Tremors, Twitches and Trembling: Knocking knees are an ideal example of these tremors that rack our body when are extremely keyed up. While this might be a temporary affliction for most of us, people suffering form anxiety depression disorder feel the tremors shaking their body very frequently.


? Nausea: This is another common symptom of anxiety disorder. A perpetual state of anxiousness affects our digestive systems negatively and can cause other digestive problems like acidity as well.


? Excessive Sweating: Damp underarms and palms are all signs of an extremely anxious person. Anxiety disorder can lead to excessive sweating.


All these symptoms are the physical manifestation of a brain that is not at peace. It is imperative to consult a doctor and seek treatment at earliest for anxiety disorder. It is treatable and should not be neglected at any time.
